Salon & Spa Policies

• We highly recommend you schedule your appointment in advance.
  
• If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, 72 hours’ notice is required and greatly appreciated.
  
• Bridal party or other group reservations require a one week notice of cancellation. Failure to do so may result in a full charge to your credit card.
  
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
  
• We are not responsible for lost or damage to personal items. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables with you.
  
• Gratuities are not included in the cost of service, however they are always appreciated.
  
• Gratuities cannot be charged or added to any credit card or bank card. They must be given as cash or separate check.
  
• We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, cash and personal check with proper identification.
